Granville New Homes

A very striking development which responds successfully to its conservation area context at the same time as delivering attractive homes and high quality open spaces.

Granville New Homes was the first housing developed by the the London Borough of Brent in over 20 years. It was designed as a showcase development for the wider South Kilburn regeneration area and provides a range of housing units, a new building for a local children’s and community centre and a pocket park for the wider community.

The scheme’s distinctly patterned facades offer a contemporary twist to traditional brickwork, yet careful attention to detail has ensured that it integrates seamlessly with the surrounding conservation area.
